Canine Scent Inspections was founded by Hadi Ali after noticing a growing number of patients in his functional medicine practice struggling with mold-related health issues and indoor air quality problems. Through this experience, he recognized the limitations of conventional home mold testing, residential mold inspection, and commercial mold assessment methods. Many traditional mold detection techniques could confirm mold's presence but often failed to pinpoint its exact source—whether hidden mold in walls, behind drywall, in crawl spaces, or within HVAC systems.

Inspired to bridge that gap, Hadi discovered the incredible accuracy of certified mold detection dogs and their ability to locate hidden mold sources where moisture meters, visual inspections, and air quality tests fall short. Having grown up in a home affected by toxic mold contamination, long before its impact on health was widely recognized, Hadi personally understands the toll that mold exposure and water damage can take on health and well-being.
